Does the price go up for big homes?

No. I never limit my clients based on square footage. Every project gets the same dedication and attention to detail, no matter the size.

Is the floor plan really free?

Yes. Every photo package includes a 2D floor plan with room measurements. Plus and Elite add an upgraded floor plan too.

I'm listing on Zillow Showcase. What do I book?

The Zillow Showcase Bundle has everything Showcase needs (and a little extra): Zillow 3D Tour, 25 photos, 6 drone photos, floor plan, lot lines and 2 virtual twilights.

Can I be in the video?

Yes. The Premium 60s and 120s videos include agent interaction, so you're on camera showing off the home.

How do media credits work?

Pay ahead and get bonus credit: $2,000 gets you $2,200, $5,000 gets $5,775, $7,500 gets $8,850 and $10,000 gets $12,000. Credits never expire.
